In March 2026 we passed the first admission check of our pilot plant BTH100 by the German certification agency TÜV with success !

We invested 4 years in the plant technology of the steam reforming of biogas to hydrogen, we accumulated extensive experience in the plant operation and we ironed out all the kinks. In the end of 2025 we invested in the necessary filling technology for gas cylinder bundles. Now we comfortably manage the entire process of the treatment of the biogas from our partner Lefkeshof Werner Schleupen, Krefeld, to the filling of gas cylinders with hydrogen ready for sale to research, industry and mobility.

The last admission checks by the TÜV are planned for the next weeks and we are confidently looking forward to passing them as well.

And from then on we will not talk anymore about hydrogen, but we produce the molecules, we bottle them and you can finally purchase certified “green” hydrogenbio !

Our parent company WS-Wärmeprozesstechnik GmbH supports us with a long perspective. We realized this project together with our affiliate BtX Energy GmbH. The core component SteamReformer M50 is supplied by our other sister company WS Reformer GmbH .

We keep thinking forward – and we take action: the next major and smart expansion of the plant is already underway. We’ll keep you updated.
